What a week we have had with our own school Fun Run, our Interschool Cross Country on Wednesday and coming up our Omahine Fun Run on Saturday 7 November. By Sunday everyone should be all run out!!!!!!!!!
The weather was great on Monday with the children helping set up the obstacles before the Fun Run Events. Everyone competed in their age races. Lots of fun on the slippery slide too. Here are some pictures of that day.
We are an exciting class sitting under the Kaimai Range. Please read and see what we get up to at our school.

Te Poi School Agricultural Day
Champion Kid Chocolate and Wiki Larsen-Horne
Champion Calf Maggie and Will Moss
.
Te Poi School held their Agricultural Day on Monday 19 October after having to postpone the event from the previous Thursday, which rained, rained and rained. It was a beautiful warm sunny day for the Families and Friends who came along and supported us on this great day. Our owners certainly put in a lot of hard work over the weeks preparing us for the ring activities. It was certainly fun to win a certificate, ribbon, trophy or cup and to meet other animals. Us Calves, Lambs and Kid Goats also met some of our friends from St Joseph’s School who we had invited out to be part of our day. They told us that they had a good time too. It looked like the Humans watching enjoyed themselves as they had lots of yummy food to eat prepared by the PTA. A and a “Dad’s Bake a Cake” Competition, all helping to raise funds for the school.
Special thanks to the Judges, all of those who helped organise the day and the sponsors. National Bank. Livestock Improvement, Rabobank, AgriSea, Animal Health Centre, R.D.1, Landmark Vets, your support is really appreciated.
