Te Poi School is the Best!

One hot sunny day I see children playing outside enjoying the breeze. The lovely Kaimai Range is above us with a beautiful sunset shining down. Bushy grass spiking up from the ground as we all play together on the field. Cows making lots of noises as we look across the field. Children having fun on the playground as I walk onto the bark. The astonishing times that everybody has had throughout the year has been the best. As soon as I take one step into the biggest classroom, which is Room 9, I feel like I belong here forever. Ka Kite.

Wednesday Week 2 Term 2

We got to bring our favourite toys and Whaea Linda brought her ewok.  It goes to show you are never too old to have a toy to hold and hug. Whaea Linda took photos of us with our favourite and special toys.

We had an ANZAC assembly and Pire Poi played the last post. It was amazing and the best part was Pire Poi & Miss Field playing their instruments.

We gave Matua Eru a special commemorative assembly.

On Thursday we made ANZAC biscuits and Mother's Day cards.

On Friday we placed crosses next to the junior sandpit.
